Mumbai-based Aarya Print Pack has installed a complete set of label production equipment including, a Lombardi Synchroline 430 press, and Vinsak USAR 430-Universal slitter-rewinder. The machines were supplied and installed by Vinsak India.

Established in 2009, Aarya Print Pack is a manufacturer and supplier of a wide array of packaging and pharmaceutical labels. The company produces these labels using latest machines and quality raw material. Available in different colors, sizes and designs, these products are widely used to pack various food, electronics and pharmaceutical products.

Datta Falsundar, managing director, Aarya Print Pack, said, “Vinsak has been highly supportive and instrumental in helping us to finalize the Synchroline and USAR machine and then install and begin production even during the times of the Pandemic. To take a quantum leap from our previous entry-level equipment to a multi-crore investment was initially a challenge for us but the good market references, professional approach and good installation support have reaffirmed our decision in choosing Vinsak as our equipment supplier.”

Mohan Pailwan, general manager, Vinsak India, said, “With the installation of these two new systems, Aarya has taken a quantum leap in its production capabilities and will ensure that the company has a high double-digit growth in the coming years.”

“The fully loaded 8-color Lombardi Synchroline is equipped with options of de-lam/re-lam, moveable cold foil, full servo infeed and outfeed in addition to corona and web cleaning. Multi-substrate capabilities from 12 microns films to 450 gsm boards makes the press a versatile print system to address different fields in the market. The Lombardi press will enable Aarya to enter new fields of higher quality self adhesive labels, wrap-around, flexible films, shrink sleeves, etc.,” added Pailwan.

The Synchroline press is best complemented with high-quality finishing machine Vinsak USAR 430. The modular Universal slitter-rewinder is a fully servo-driven system with pneumatic unwinds and rewinds, a scissor and razor slitting system, dual rewinds and the capabilities of slit from 12-micron films to 450 gms boards to match the capabilities of the print system.
