At Labelexpo India 2018, Vinsak will display two 8-color Lombardi Synchroline UV flexo presses along with Vinsak USAR, Vinsak Table Top Rewinding machine and the operator friendly Vinsak Roll Lifter series
The multi-substrate fully servo Synchroline flexo press is equipped with movable cold foil, chiller, two diecutting stations, slitter, turn-bar, relam, delam, sheeter, conveyor and lamination. Visitors can also experience the inline Bravo-Flat Screen unit and Toro-Hot-stamping unit. Both of these units are inline to the flexo printing station. The machines will print on various substrate i.e., shrink sleeves, film, paper and carton material during the show.
Vinsak will demonstrate high quality label finishing on the Vinsak USAR-Universal slitter rewinder with a diecutting unit, 100% inspection and inkjet system for variable data personalization.
In addition, the company will display the Vinsak Table Top Rewinding machine used for the unwind and rewinding of paper and film rolls. Visitors can also see the Vinsak Roll Lifter series for manual transfer of rolls with ease from one place to the other, and Schober cutting and punching modules.
