
The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) will host the 17th Printpack India at India Expo Centre & Mart (IEML), Greater Noida, from 30 January to 3 February 2027.
The state-of-the-art venue offers modern facilities for exhibitions, conferences, and events. It’s seamlessly connected via IGI Airport, and going to operational the Jewar International Airport, rail, and road from Delhi-NCR, with high-tech markets and hotels (budget to five-star) within 2-5 km – including one owned by IEML within the complex.
The exhibition will present a comprehensive profile spanning the entire printing and packaging value chain, including printing presses, in-press and post-press equipment, finishing and converting solutions, digital and signage technologies, packaging machinery and materials, printing and publishing, paper products, logistics, testing equipment, and more.
In terms of participation costs, bare space is priced at INR 8,000 per sqm with a minimum booking requirement of 30 sqm, while shell space is available at INR 9,000 per sqm with a minimum of 15 sqm. Organisers are offering early bird discounts of INR 1,400 per sqm for bookings confirmed and paid by 31 March 2026, and INR 400 per sqm for bookings made between 1 April and 31 October 2026. The discounts are applicable only if payments are made within the stipulated timelines, failing which they will be forfeited.
Bookings for the exhibition opened on June 25, 2025, witnessing an overwhelming response with over 350 companies reserving space on the very first day. As of now, a total of 446 exhibitors have secured 91% of the saleable area, allocated through a transparent priority number system. Confirmed participants include leading industry players such as Heidelberg, Canon, Konica Minolta, Fujifilm, Nilpeter, Manugraph India, huber Group, Shailja Papers, Komori, NBG, Colourjet and Pidilite, among others.
