At PackPlus, which takes place at Pragati Maidan in Delhi from 25 to 28 July, Naph Graphics will display its SlitLine 35 slitter rewinder. A leading manufacturer of web offset presses since 1990, Naph diversified to the packaging industry by introducing the SlitLine slitter-rewinder at PackPlus Delhi 2016. The slitter-rewinder to be displayed at the PackPlus exhibition is an upgraded version and comes with a shaftless unwinder. The SlitLine 35 is controlled and supervised by a highly automated system which maintains tight synchronization between PLC/PPC and drives, providing fast, reliable, and error-free communication. The master control panel consists of a touch screen operator interface located at rewind side. The SlitLine uses touch and control system, braking, and guiding system from E+L; drives, which are again powered by E+L electrical panel and automation, from Siemens.

At present, Naph Graphics has 10 engineers who looks after installation, service and after-sales support. According to Mohit Bansal, Naph Graphics has a strong after-sales team. “We have been catering to the newspaper industry for more than two decades now. As most of us know, the newspaper industry has very demanding and specific after-sales requirements. So the long association with the industry helped us build a strong after-sales team that not just understands customer needs but is capable of meeting them in a short turn-around time,” said Bansal.
