At Printpack India 2025, Megabound, a leader in post-press and bookbinding solutions, has launched its new Megabound mobile application, now available on both iOS and Android platforms. Designed to streamline operations and enhance customer support, this innovative app offers a seamless digital experience for Megabound clients worldwide.

“We are excited to introduce the Megabound app, which is designed to simplify and enhance the way our customers interact with our products and services,” said Ramesh Karuppathevar, technical director at Megabound (India). “With this app, we aim to provide a one-stop solution for product information, service requests, and seamless order management.”

Key features of the Megabound app

  • Comprehensive product information – Access detailed specifications, technical documents, and demo videos of Megabound’s latest equipment.
  • Service call requests – Customers can raise service requests directly through the app, ensuring quick and efficient support.
  • Service engineer tracking – Track the assigned service engineer in real time for better coordination and faster issue resolution.
  • Spare parts purchase – Order spare parts directly through the app, eliminating the hassle of manual procurement.
  • QR code integration for digital casemaker machines – Easily generate and scan QR codes for enhanced digital tracking and efficiency.

This app offers a user-friendly interface and a host of tools to improve the post-purchase experience. The app bridges the gap between customer needs and after-sales service, making it easier than ever to manage Megabound solutions.
