On 9 August 2023, the Indian Paper Corrugated and Packaging Machinery Manufacturer Association (ICPMA), in collaboration with Futurex Trade Fair & Events, New Delhi, officially announced its upcoming event Corru Pack Print India 2024. The event is scheduled to take place from 23 to 25 February 2024, at the Indian International Convention and Expo Center (IICC) in Dwarka, Delhi, India.

The primary focus of the event will encompass corrugated box-making machinery, corrugation line and carton converting machinery, raw materials, printing processes and equipment, as well as adhesives and inks for corrugation packaging. The debut edition of the expo is set to welcome over 300 participants from the corrugated industry, representing diverse regions across India and internationally acclaimed companies.

The organizers have asserted that the exhibition is poised to become one of the most significant ‘Make In India’ showcases for corrugated packaging machinery. The event presents a remarkable opportunity for Business-to-Business (B2B), Business-to-Consumer (B2C), and Business-to-Government (B2G) interactions, particularly benefiting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The main emphasis is on fostering improved networking prospects for both exhibitors and attendees.

Delegates and firms representing various foreign countries are also set to participate in the exhibition. The platform aspires to provide a stage for unveiling fresh business opportunities and fostering networking interactions for all exhibitors. It aims to aid in establishing new markets and business avenues for both exhibitors and visitors, including local aspiring entrepreneurs. Devoted exclusively to the corrugated packaging industry, the exhibition is positioned to unite manufacturers, suppliers, and industry experts within a single venue.

“Despite experiencing significant growth in recent years, these sectors have yet to tap into their full potential. Challenges such as the lack of advanced packaging machinery and inadequate resources for materials packaging persist due to the scarcity of domestic machine and material manufacturers in India,” said Hitesh Nagpal, president, ICPMA.

“CorruPack Print India 2024 extends its embrace to encompass every facet of the corrugation industry. Going beyond the spotlight on leading corrugated packaging machinery manufacturers, this event also extends an invitation to allied industries that play a substantial role in the realm of packaging and corrugation. The success of Corru Pack Print India 2024 lies in its achievement of uniting the corrugated packaging machinery industry, providing a comprehensive view of its forthcoming path. The collaboration between ICPMA and Futurex Trade Fair & Events has given birth to a platform that ignites innovation, solidifies partnerships, and nurtures business expansion,” said Nagpal.
