Huhtamaki changes name of its Molded Fiber business segment to Fiber Packaging

-

Huhtamaki changes the name of its Molded Fiber business segment to Fiber Packaging. The new name is taken into use as of 27 April 2017. Although the name change implies no immediate changes in the segment`s product range or manufacturing technology, it is a better fit for the future.

“We see many exciting business opportunities with new renewable raw materials and new products”, says Petr Domin, executive vice president, Fiber Packaging. “The new name, focusing on new solutions rather than production technology, helps us drive a commercial focus and also better reflects the different types of products we will offer our customers in the future.”
