Flexibiz ERP returns to Labelexpo India 2024 with innovative label solutions

-

Flexibiz ERP is set to make a significant impact at Labelexpo India 2024 (Hall 9, Stand A27). This marks its second appearance at the exhibition, following a successful debut in 2022. Flexibiz is bringing forward its flagship product, Flexibiz ERP software solution for flexo labels, which was first launched in 2018 and has continued to evolve, making it a leading choice for the printing and packaging industries. In addition to the ERP for flexo labels, Flexibiz will showcase other products at Labelexpo India, including its ERP and CRM software solutions.

A highlight of Flexibiz ERP’s presence at the show is its ERP software for flexo label manufacturers, which is tailored specifically for the label manufacturing industry. The software will be demonstrated live, with Flexibiz’s team providing one-on-one walkthroughs to showcase its capabilities in streamlining plant processes, optimizing machine performance, and enhancing traceability in production. The demonstration aims to illustrate how Flexibiz ERP can elevate operational efficiency and improve overall plant management for flexo label manufacturers.

The solution stands out with its advanced technical specifications, operating on a .NET framework supported by an Oracle database. What makes Flexibiz ERP truly unique, however, is its comprehensive approach – it supports multiple packaging products and multi-plant setups, offering detailed profit and loss insights at the plant, company, and group levels. Additionally, the open database framework enables seamless integration with third-party software, IoT and machine systems, as well as eInvoicing.

Innovation through industry experience

The inspiration for Flexibiz ERP’s solutions originates from the company’s deep roots in the packaging industry. Since its founding in 1988, the company has grown alongside the evolving needs of label converters, offering solutions that address specific pain points in production, billing, material management, and more. Flexibiz ERP is now deployed across eight countries, serving over 100 clients, with an end-to-end ERP system that covers job specifications, inline quality control, material planning, machine scheduling, and process management across flexo, offset, and digital printing.

Addressing label converters’ unique needs

A standout feature of the Flexibiz ERP is its ability to address key industry challenges. For label converters, the software simplifies complex processes such as job specs management, inline quality checks, material planning, and cylinder management. These functionalities provide significant benefits, ensuring streamlined operations and higher accuracy throughout the production cycle.
