[dropcaps style=’2′]Vadodara, India-based flexible packaging specialist Bullion Flexipack is set to diversify into labels. At Labelexpo, the company placed an order with Omet for an iFlex flexo press which will be installed at a new unit named Orianaa Decorpack in Vadodara. The deal was facilitated by Harveer Sahni of Weldon Celloplast.[/dropcaps]
Confirming the deal, Harveer Sahni, managing director at Weldon Celloplast, the representative for Omet in India, said the 9-color UV iFlex is a 370 mm width press with delam-relam, web turnbar, cold foil along with converting express, and will have the upgrade Omet has introduced at the Labelexpo. This includes the renewed converting section for sheeting station and the evolution of the exclusive matrix stripping unit, the Rock’n’Roll dual function.
“We would like to service our existing clients with more products,” informed Yogesh Shahani, CEO at Bullion. Bullion Flexipack is located in Jarod on the Vadodara-Halol highway. The decade-old company is one of the leading providers of various shrink sleeves and security tamper-evident bags.
