Brilliant Polymers leads solvent-free adhesive shift at ElitePlus 2024

S629/S299

A low viscosity, two-component solvent-free adhesive based on advanced cure low monomer technology. It offers excellent optical properties, fast curing, robust food safety compliance, and enhanced environmental sustainability. The S629/S299 adhesive is compatible with various ink systems, including NCPU, PU, and water-based inks. It is suitable for high-speed lamination with metallized films and prevents ink smearing, even with variable adhesive deposit weights.

SR75/S631

This reverse-catalyzed two-component solvent-free adhesive provides exceptional optical properties, robust food safety compliance, and enhanced sustainability. It serves as a replacement for solvent-based adhesives in applications like PET/Met PET and PET/Met PET/Poly, where no metal transfer is required.

S755

A moisture-curing, single-component solvent-free polyurethane adhesive, S755 is designed for flexible packaging, graphic arts, and other industrial applications. It offers good bond strength, optical clarity, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. Specifically tailored for lamination of paper and board to aluminum foil or printed/unprinted films, S755 ensures fast curing and strong bond strength.
