Ardagh Group announces IPO pricing

Ardagh Group has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 16.2 million shares. At a price of $19.00 per share, the total offering size will be US$ 307,800,000 (£252, 057, 420). In addition, Ardagh has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,430,000 Class A common shares at the initial public offering price less the underwriting discount.

Ardagh Group has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 16.2 million shares

The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on 15 March and the offering is expected to close on 20 March.
Ardagh Group operates 109 facilities in 22 countries, employing approximately 23,500 people and has global sales of approximately Euro 7.7 bn (£6.71).
