Uflex has been named as Aon Best Employer Company on Employee Experience for the Year 2019. Launched in 2001, the Aon Best Employers program is a global study that recognizes employer excellence worldwide. The survey follows a robust framework based on Intent-Design-Experience pillars, which includes employee engagement survey, maintaining people practices inventory, CEO intent and design of HR practices. The study followed a nine month long process, with shortlisted companies having in-person audits by Aon team and a final jury round where an eminent panel of industry stalwarts selected the winning workplaces – the very best in the country.
