At Labelexpo India, Weldon Celloplast is supporting its principals at Stand C9, Hall 1. Delhi-based Weldon Celloplast is the exclusive India partner of Brotech, Lartec, Vetaphone, Spilker and Cartes.
A Brotech CDF 330 digital finishing and converting system is being demonstrated live at the show. The machine features Vetaphone corona treater, a flexo printing station, a rotary and semi-rotary die-cutting unit with a web guide, hoist, anti-static bars, a vacuum suction conveyor and a vibrating stacker. Harveer Sahni, managing director, Weldon Celloplast said, “The Brotech CDF 330 is suitable for offline finishing and embellishing of digitally printed labels, in-mold labels, shrink sleeves and other varieties of labels.”
Meanwhile, Spanish dies manufacturer Lartec, which is also present at the show along with Weldon, is a leading specialist manufacturer of flexible cutting tools. Lartec currently supplies dies to customers in more than 90 countries worldwide. Lartec exports its products to more than 90 countries worldwide and has agents representing its products in 27 countries.
Spilker Germany which is represented by Weldon in India is a specialized provider of tools and machines for rotary processing. Spilker covers the entire spectrum from individual flexible dies, a wide range of rotary tools, magnetic cylinders, print cylinders, sleeves, hot stamping/embossing/punching dies and complex rotary machines with integrated automation technology for labels and packaging. The company has a long tradition and more than fifty years of experience. Spilker is a family-operated company with its third generation already onboard.
One of Weldon Celloplast’s key principals, Vetaphone which invented corona surface treatment way back in 1952, has several of its narrow web corona systems on working display at the event. On Stand F15/17/19 in Hall 3, India-based UV Graphics Technologies is demonstrating two Vetaphone VE-A 520 models on its narrow web Ultraflex flexo line, and two VE-A 460 models on its Ultraflex hybrid line, where the digital element is powered by Domino. Sahni said, “All Vetaphone corona treaters at Labelexpo India have the intelligent 2KW Vetaphone iCorona generators and are fitted with four ceramic electrodes in each unit.”
