THE PACKMAN

Sidel to exhibit at Fispal Tecnologia 2026 in São Paulo

Sidel will exhibit at Fispal Tecnologia 2026 – a food and beverage technology trade show in Latin America – from 16 to 19 June at São Paulo Expo, Brazil, on stand K104, presenting its latest packaging line innovations tailored to the Latin American market.

The company, which has operated in Brazil for over 36 years, offers packaging solutions spanning sustainable packaging design and engineering, project management, equipment, digital solutions and services. Sidel said its aim is to help FMCG manufacturers manage packaging line complexity as a competitive advantage.

Sustainability and rPET

According to the company, sustainability is embedded across its packaging lines, with a focus on lightweight PET and rPET bottle packaging alongside resource-efficient equipment, aimed at reducing material use, utilities, water consumption and waste without compromising product quality and safety. At Fispal Tecnologia 2026, Sidel will focus on how manufacturers can combine productivity, packaging performance and sustainability, with particular emphasis on rPET integration and lightweight PET packaging. With rPET adoption accelerating across Latin America, the company said it is positioned to support manufacturers through this transition, from packaging design to industrial execution.

Equipment innovations

Visitors to stand K104 will be able to discover a selection of Sidel’s latest equipment, including EvoBlow Laser, Swing Evo and Aseptic Predis X4. According to the company, these solutions are designed to reduce complexity while improving efficiency, sustainability and flexibility to meet evolving regulatory and market requirements.

Palletizing solutions

Sidel will also present its packing and palletizing solutions at the show. These cover primary packaging formats – including bottles, shaped containers, jars, tins, pots, cans, flexible packaging and cartons – as well as secondary packaging formats such as regular slotted cases, wrap-around, shelf-ready packaging and films.

Through live demonstrations, visitors will be able to see the RoboAccess_Pal S, Sidel’s compact palletizing unit combining robotics and cobotics. Designed for food, home and personal care markets, the unit is said to deliver speeds of up to 12 cycles per minute, support case payloads of up to 25 kg, and offer a return on investment typically within one to two years. Its footprint covers less than 12 m² for two stations, with a pallet height of up to 1,700 mm.

Digital solutions

Also on display will be Sidel’s Evo-ON – a cloud suite designed to supervise and optimize production lines. According to the company, the system collects, aggregates and analyzes data round the clock to offer real-time and proactive alerts, notifications, customizable dashboards and reports, using raw equipment data to help manufacturers achieve peak line performance.

“With decades of experience supporting food and beverage manufacturers across Latin America, Sidel continues to combine local market knowledge with packaging line expertise and continuous innovation, helping customers transform line complexity into sustainable, long-term performance gains,” said Marcelo Sobrero, Sidel’s country director for Brazil and sales director of South America.
