Tension Envelope & Print has installed its first Rotatek offline sheeter, adding new capabilities to its production workflow and strengthening Rotatek’s presence in the North American market. The installation took place during LOUPE Americas 2026 in Chicago, where Vinsak Group showcased its portfolio of printing, finishing and packaging technologies.
The Rotatek offline sheeter installed at Tension Envelope & Print is designed to deliver precision, flexibility and efficiency in roll converting. The modular system features an independent servo drive and can be integrated with Rotatek’s wider range of printing and finishing technologies.
The system converts rolls into finished sheets at speeds of up to 250 m/min, depending on the model and format. It can handle a range of substrates, from lightweight papers starting at 25 gsm to carton board up to 350 gsm, supporting a variety of paper and folding carton applications.

The installation, which took place alongside Vinsak Group’s participation at LOUPE Americas, reflects the Group’s continued focus on the North American market and its efforts to build relationships with printers, converters and industry partners across the region.
