In 2021, Jain Transfer Products enhanced its production capabilities by installing a 7-color Domino N610i digital printing press at its Noida plant. The machine improved its printing processes, providing excellent quality and efficiency. Rishab Jain, partner at Jain Transfer Products, and Parshav Jain shared insights into the innovation and cutting-edge technology that the Domino N610i brought into their business.
Rishabh said, “Jain Transfer Products was established by our grandfather, Late Shri Puran Chand Jain, in 1980. Under the guidance of our father, Sudhir Jain, we expanded our product range to serve various market segments. We initially specialized in transfer image products and have since become leaders in producing pressure-sensitive labels. We were among the first companies in India to introduce roll-to-roll labels. Today, my brother Parshav Jain and I uphold this legacy by focusing on self-adhesive labels and creating unique offerings like multilayer labels. Our products are utilized in a wide range of industries, including FMCG, pharma, cosmetics, and more.”

Rishabh Jain noted that the advanced seven-color combination of the press, powered by the Esko Digital front end, has enabled them to achieve a wider color gamut effortlessly.
During the pandemic, businesses faced significant economic challenges and labor shortages, impacting conventional press operations. Essential sectors like pharmaceuticals and sanitizers required continued support. The Domino N610i digital technology emerged as a crucial solution, offering new segments and improved inkjet print quality as run lengths decreased.
Parshav Jain expressed pride in their choice of the Domino N610i digital press, sharing a notable experience where an esteemed customer requested a color QR code with an embedded image – a task requiring variable data printing. The Domino N610i successfully completed the job. While many machines can generate QR codes and handle variable data printing, the ability to embed a variable image within a color QR code is a unique capability that this press managed impressively.
Parshav also announced the upcoming opening of their new factory, which will soon be operational.
