Miraclon will showcase how the latest advances in Flexcel NX Technology can help printers and converters achieve more efficient, predictable and sustainable flexo production at LOUPE India 2026, taking place from 29 October to 1 November at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida, Delhi NCR.
At Stand E26, visitors will discover how the technology and expertise from Miraclon can help reduce variability in the printing process, increase productive press time and maximize the value of existing assets. Central to the booth will be the award-winning Flexcel Prime Plate, the latest evolution of Flexcel NX Technology, alongside real-world examples of how modern flexo is enabling converters to meet increasingly demanding quality and production requirements.
“Flexo in India continues to evolve rapidly as converters look for ways to increase efficiency, reduce waste and take on more demanding packaging applications,” says Andy Yarrow, Regional Commercial Director, Asia Pacific, Miraclon. “Modern flexo is about creating a standardized, controlled production process that delivers predictable results with less intervention. Combining the precision of Flexcel NX Technology with our team’s application expertise helps customers turn that consistency into tangible production and business benefits.”
At the Miraclon stand, visitors can see, learn and experience:
Award-winning Flexcel Prime Plate: The 2026 FTA Technical Innovation Award-winning Flexcel Prime Plate builds on the established print performance of Flexcel NX Technology while introducing new opportunities to improve efficiency in both the plate room and on press. New Stay-Clean Properties help plates run cleaner for longer with fewer cleaning interruptions, while the Lift-Resist Formulation improves plate handling, mounting and reuse. The Flexcel Prime plate is designed to fit established Flexcel NX Technology production conditions, helping customers build on their existing workflows and investments.
Modern flexo in action: Real-world examples of printers, converters and trade shops using Flexcel NX Technology to establish more standardized, data-driven production, improve uptime, reduce waste and achieve greater consistency and repeatability. For flexible packaging converters, this level of process control can also expand the range of applications suited to flexo, including suitable work traditionally printed using gravure.
Technology backed by flexo expertise: Miraclon’s regional technical, applications and commercial teams will be on hand to discuss how better control of ink transfer and print production variables can reduce time to color and makeready waste, extend time at color, reduce cleaning frequency and improve repeatability — helping converters unlock additional capacity and improve returns from their pressroom.
Yarrow concludes, “The Flexcel Prime Plate is the latest example of how Miraclon continues to advance Flexcel NX Technology around the needs of the production floor. At LOUPE India, we want to show visitors not only what the technology can do, but how our knowledge and expertise can help them apply it to make flexo production more predictable, efficient and competitive.”
