Three printing companies – Pragati Offset, Hyderabad Security Offset, and Universal Printers – finalized machine orders with Komori India at the recently concluded All in Print Asia Expo 2026, held June 26–28 at Hitex in Hyderabad. Komori India’s stand at the third edition of the show drew significant footfall from trade visitors, including existing clients and new ones.
Pragati Offset, a longstanding Komori India client, finalized an order for a new Lithrone GLX-640+C UV, a 6-color, 40-inch Komori sheetfed offset press, during the expo. The order marks the 15th Komori machine to be installed at the company’s production facility.
Pragati Offset first purchased a Komori machine, a 5-color Lithrone 29, in 1998, and has since routinely upgraded its production facility with newer machines. The company installed a Lithrone GL729 UV last year, chosen for its added capacity. The newly ordered Lithrone GLX-640+C UV, which includes an in-line coating unit and integrated UV curing technology, is intended for specialized coating, rapid drying, and printing on heavy stocks.
Hyderabad Security Offset Printers ordered a Perfector 40 (model: LP-140), an advanced sheetfed offset press for high-speed, one-pass, two-sided monochrome printing. The press is commonly used for high-volume leaflets, instruction manuals, and similar products, including printing on thin substrates such as bible paper.
Universal Printers, based in Visakhapatnam, ordered a Lithrone G37, a 37-inch, 4-color Komori sheetfed offset press. The company, which serves the commercial printing segment with premium graphics and finished products, said the press addresses its needs for short turnarounds and short-run production.
Jitender Rohilla, general manager-sales, Komori India, said the expo provided an opportunity to strengthen client relationships and grow business. “Most of all, we truly feel gratified to get the chance of meeting some of our valued clients like Pragati Offset during the show,” Rohilla said. “Pragati Offset is a repeat buyer of Komori machines and currently running more than a dozen units. Latest is that they have booked the new 6-color Lithrone GLX-640+C UV, marking it as their continuity of the decades of association with Komori – a brand they trust and a technology they rely on.”
