Flexibiz, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software developed for the packaging industry, has introduced AI-powered dashboard and reporting capabilities that let users create customized dashboards and analyze business data through natural language prompts. According to the company, the functionality is meant to reduce manual report generation and interpretation. It is being showcased at Flexibiz’s stand at LOUPE India 2026.
Traditional ERP systems bring together data from different departments to support day-to-day management and decision-making, but extracting insights from that data usually requires users to generate reports, analyze figures and interpret trends. Flexibiz has integrated AI directly into its platform to change this approach. The software is designed for packaging segments such as flexible packaging, labels, aluminum foil packaging, film and paper stock, and paper packaging.
Instead of navigating multiple reports, users can ask the ERP a question. Flexibiz AI processes the available data and presents the findings through relevant charts, visualizations and drill-down options. This lets users move from a broad overview to more detailed information, helping them understand business performance and identify areas that need attention.
The dashboard also allows users to customize the layout and select visual metrics according to their roles and responsibilities. Management, production, sales and other teams can focus on the key performance indicators (KPIs) most relevant to their functions, rather than working through standardized reports that may contain information they do not need.
An integrated AI co-pilot further allows users to interact with their ERP data through conversational queries. Users can ask questions in everyday language and receive data-backed analysis in an easy-to-understand format. The combination of customized dashboards, natural language queries and interactive drill-down is intended to make business intelligence more accessible across the organization.
“Instead of generating a report and then brainstorming to make sense of the data, why not ask questions directly and let your ERP do the rest?” said Vaibhav Bansal, director, Flexibiz ERP, Kiran Consultants.
By automating the compilation of metrics and routine reporting, the AI-powered functionality is also expected to reduce the time management and administrative teams spend gathering and processing information. This would allow them to devote more attention to strategic planning, operational improvements and business growth.
For packaging manufacturers dealing with multiple production processes, material categories and operational parameters, quick access to relevant business insights can support more informed decision-making. Flexibiz’s approach brings data analysis closer to everyday ERP operations, allowing users to interact with information rather than simply view reports.
Bansal said the new dashboard functionality marks the beginning of a broader AI integration roadmap for the company. Flexibiz plans to introduce additional AI-driven capabilities and continue expanding its AI portfolio, with the aim of making its ERP platform increasingly intelligent and responsive to the evolving requirements of the packaging industry.
