With the change in eating patterns, and consumption of nutritious food to keep the immunity intact, we foresee health, nutritional and immunity foods to witness a boom in the coming years. The food processing ingredients market is projected to reach USD 55.99 billion by 2023, at a CAGR of 6.2%. Side by side, the government is making all efforts to encourage investments with initiatives such as joint ventures (JV), foreign collaborations, industrial licenses, and 100% export-oriented units.”
