Orianaa Decorpack in Vadodara opts for Omet IFlex

Vadodara-based Orianaa Decorpack has installed an Omet IFlex label press recently. According to Omet, the press is an ideal solution for label printers who are looking to achieve lowest cost of production with minimum of resources. Pawandeep Sahni, Director of Weldon says, “It is one of the smartest flexo printing press in its class and has performance features which are unmatched even by most high-end presses in the market. The IFlex installed is 370 mm, 10 color all UV with one screen printing station, 2 cold foil stations, delam/relam, web turn bar and one die cutting station.”

Orianaa Décorpack is equipped with world-class, state-of-the-art packaging facility directed by a team of expert ‘Packnologist’ delivering the complete range of innovative labeling decorations including pressure sensitive sticker labels (PS Labels), in-mould labels (IML), shrink sleeve labels, heat transfer labels (HTL) and BOPP wrap around labels, all under the same roof and in accordance with the most stringent quality audits by the BRC. Orianaa carries with it a legacy of over three decades of expertise and experience in the arena of label solutions. Its promoters having founded industry leaders like Billion Flex and Bullion Flexipack. Orianaa offers the complete range – shrink sleeve, wrap around, PS sticker, heat transfer (HTL), in mould (IML) and stretch labels.

The sale and installation of the Omet press has been handled by Omet’s exclusive agents Weldon Celloplast Limited, New Delhi. Weldon represent globally renowned manufacturers of printing equipment, tooling, inspection and waste management systems besides offering tamper evident security label materials.
